农业生产要素的贡献评价与对策探讨

根据道格拉斯生产函数,以2004～2008年我国农业经济数据为基础,对资本、劳动力、土地及化肥等生产要素的投入对我国农业经济发展的贡献程度作计量研究。结果表明,对资本、劳动力、土地及化肥等生产要素对农业的总贡献达65.24%,贡献总额达73053.31亿元;化肥施用量对农业发展的贡献最大,达38.30%,贡献量为42886.91亿元;农业机构总动力（资本）的贡献达25.41%,贡献量为28453.17亿元;土地与劳动力的贡献率也分别达到0.16%和0.38%。最后有针对性提出加强农业生产要素的投入和有效利用,促进农业持续健康发展的对策建议。

Discussion on the Contribution Appraisal and Countermeasures of Agricultural Production Elements
