摘    要:以2009年第二届浙江省十大名茶评选工程实施产生的17个名茶为代表,分别从产地、色泽、外形、香气、滋味及叶底方面介绍了浙江名茶品质特征;围绕茶叶品质审评因素,综述了近10年来茶叶品质的量化识别研究成果,最具发展潜力的技术依次为机器视觉图像处理技术、近红外光谱分析技术和多传感信息融合技术。

Quality Characteristics of Famous Tea in Zhejiang and Application Status of New Evaluation Technology

Abstract:With 17 famous tea in the Second Selection of Top Ten Famous Tea in Zhejiang Province in 2009 as representatives,the quality characteristics of the famous tea in Zhejiang province were introduced from their origin,color,appearance,aroma,taste and leaves respectively;Then around the tea quality evaluation factors,the quantitative tea quality evaluation results in the past ten years were summarized,and the most promising technologies are machine vision image processing,infrared spectrometry and multi-sensor information fusion technology.
