| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选对白菜黑斑病病原菌具有拮抗作用的细菌。方法]从各地的土壤中分离到200多株拮抗细菌,进行初筛、复筛,再对筛选到的菌株进行菌体形态、菌落特征的观察及一系列生理生化试验。结果]200多株拮抗细菌中菌株8-59有显著的抑菌活性,根据8-59菌株的形态特征和生理生化特征综合考察,初步判断其为巨大芽孢杆菌（Bacillus megaterium）。结论]该研究可为细菌拮抗机理研究及后续的生产与田间应用奠定基础。
