摘    要:目的]优选板蓝根中表告依春的最佳纯化工艺。方法]以吸附率和解吸率为指标,利用静态吸附试验对6种大孔树脂进行筛选,并通过静态吸附和动态吸附的单因素影响试验,优选树脂的最佳分离纯化条件。结果]ADS-7大孔树脂的分离纯化效果最好,其最佳纯化条件为:样品浓度为8.00 mg/ml,温度为45℃,pH值为9.0,洗脱液为浓度40%的乙醇溶液;动态吸附流速为1.5 BV/h,动态洗脱流速为2.0 BV/h,洗脱液用量为4.0 BV。结论]该方法简便、可靠,可用于板蓝根中表告依春的纯化。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to select the optimal purification technology for the epigoitrin from ISATIDIS RADIX.Method]Taking adsorption rate and desorption rate as the indices,6 kinds of macroporous resins were screened by static adsorption test.And the optimal purification conditions of resin were obtained based on dynamic adsorption and static adsorption.Result]ADS-7 macroporous resin had the best purification effect.And its conditions were 8.00 mg/ml sample concentration,45 ℃,pH 9.0,40% ethanol solution as the eluent,1.5B V/h flow rate of dynamic adsorption,2.0 BV/h flow rate of dynamic desorption,and 4.0BV eluent.Conclusion]This method was simple and reliable,and could be used for the purification of epigoitrin from ISATIDIS RADIX.
