| 摘 要： | 目的]采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法（HPLC-ELSD）建立测定食品中甜蜜素的方法。方法]以C18柱分离,甲醇-0.01 mol/L乙酸铵（20：80,V/V）为流动相,使用蒸发光散射检测器进行检测。结果]甜蜜素的线性范围为50～1000 mg/L,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为1.0 mg/kg,相对标准偏差为2.95%,平均回收率为98.48%。结论]建立了食品中测定甜蜜素的HPLC-ELSD法。该方法准确度高、稳定性与重现性好且操作简单,为食品中甜蜜素含量的测定提供了一种准确、灵敏、快速的分析方法。
