党参多糖水提法工艺研究

摘    要:目的]筛选党参多糖最佳提取工艺。方法]采用L9(34)正交试验法,以多糖含量为指标,优选出川党参多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。结果]党参多糖水提法的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶30(g/ml),提取温度75℃,提取3次,提取时间2 h。多糖得率可达21.73%。结论]该方法合理稳定可行,可以作为党参多糖的提取方法。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to study on the optimum extraction process for the polysaccharide water extraction from CHANGII RADIX.Method] L9(34) orthogonal test was used to select the optimum extraction condition for polysaccharide in CHANGII RADIX with polysaccharide content as the index.Result] The optimum process for polysaccharide water extraction from CHANGII RADIX was 1∶30 solid-liquid ratio,75 ℃ extraction temperature,three times of extraction,and 2 h extraction time.And the yield rate of polysaccharide was as high as 21.73%.Conclusion] This method was reasonable,steady and feasible and could be used as an extraction method for polysaccharide extraction from CHANGII RADIX.
