摘    要:目的]研究C型产气荚膜梭菌α毒素基因核苷酸序列的遗传变异特点。方法]设计产气荚膜梭菌α毒素基因特异性引物进行PCR扩增,扩增产物纯化后测定核苷酸序列并与NCBI登录的参考序列通过DNAStar软件进行同源比对。结果]序列分析表明,所测菌株α毒素基因核苷酸组成中腺苷酸含量较高,胞苷酸含量较低。所测菌株与13、C57-1、CER 89L43、S01、S08、T01以及T16菌株的核苷酸序列同源性分别为98.7%、98.7%、98.6%、98.8%、98.7%、97.0%、98.6%,推导的氨基酸序列同源性分别为98.6%、98.6%、98.9%、98.9%、98.9%、98.6%、98.6%。结论]所测C型产气荚膜梭菌α毒素基因核苷酸序列及推导的氨基酸序列与参考序列同源性均较高。
