| 摘 要： | 利用价值工程原理,构建出住宅节能设计评价模型,对山东聊城农村住宅的节能设计方案进行技术经济分析,筛选出最佳方案,并提出应因地制宜地采取节能措施,在满足居住生活功能的前提下尽量降低节能成本,以期为新农村住宅节能设计提供理论指导。
