基于LabVIEW的犁体六分力测试系统研究

摘    要:根据犁体受力特点,采用高精密全桥电阻应变式传感器技术,利用多功能数据采集设备,结合虚拟仪器技术理论,研究开发了基于LabVIEW为平台的六分力测试系统,实现了六分力检测的全程数字化,具有精度高、稳定性好、工作界面友好、数据处理功能强大、应用成本低等优点。

Abstract:According to plow force characteristics,using a high-precision full-bridge strain gauge sensor technology and the multifunction data acquisition devices,combined with the theory of virtual instrument technology.The six-component test system based on LabVIEW was developed and achieved six-component detection of full digital,high accuracy,good stability,work-friendly interface,powerful data processing and low application cost.
