| 摘 要： | 目的]为进一步开发大刺鳅的营养价值和改进大刺鳅亲鱼培育方法提供参考。方法]采用气相色谱法,对大刺鳅生殖季节雄鱼精巢、肌肉和肝胰脏内的脂肪酸组成和含量进行了测定,分析了脂肪酸在大刺鳅不同组织中的分布及其相互关系。结果]在雄鱼精巢、肝胰脏和肌肉中的脂肪酸种类不同;雄鱼精巢C22：4n-6含量最高,达33.52%;肌肉中C18：1n-9c含量最高,达23.24%;肝胰脏中DHA含量最高（45.68%）。单不饱和脂肪酸和饱和脂肪酸含量均以肌肉最多,分别为31.18%和35.02%,多不饱和脂肪酸含量以肝胰脏最高（59.52%）,多不饱和脂肪酸中的n-3系列脂肪酸含量以肝胰脏最高（50.03%）。结论]给大刺鳅投喂DHA及AA含量高的饲料原料有助于n-3PUFA在肝胰脏中作为营养物质储存,同时加大C22：4n-6投喂量有助于性腺的发育。
