摘    要:目的]探讨橘梗Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC]育性的遗传模式,为其雄性不育的利用奠定基础。方法]将供试的橘梗雄性不育和正常可育种质进行杂交、回交及自交,观察后代育性分离情况。结果]雄性不育×正常可育的F1中,有全部不育的组合,也有全部可育的组合,多数为不育株和可育株分离的组合;F1全部不育组合的回交后代仍然保持全部不育,F1全部可育组合的自交后代表现出株间有育性分离,F1株间有育性分离组合的回交及自交后代仍然表现为株间的育性分离。结论]根据核不育与质核不育的遗传特点,该研究供试的橘梗雄性不育种质为质核互作不育类型,用常规的遗传育种学方法可以进行三系配套杂交制种。

Abstract:Objective] To discuss the genetic model of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A.DC,so as to lay foundation for its male sterility.Method] The male sterile and normal fertile germplasms of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.) A.DC were hybridized,backcrossed and self-crossed,and then the fertility segmentation of their progenies was observed.Result] Of the F1 line of normal fertile ×male sterile,there was a cross combination of all fertility as well as a combination of all sterility,but most were the combinations of the fertile and the sterile.The backcrossing progenies of the cross of all sterility still remained sterile,while the self-crossing progenies of the cross of all fertility showed the fertile segmentation among plants,the backcrossing and self-crossing progenies of the fertile segmentation cross also showed the fertile segmentation among plants.Conclusion] According to the characteristics of genetic male sterility andcytoplasmic nuclear sterility,the tested male sterile germplasm of Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC was the cytoplasmic nuclear interaction male sterile type,the conventional genetic breeding method could be adopted to carry out the seed production of three-line hybrid.
