微量元素对平菇菌丝生长及酶活性的影响

摘    要:目的]通过添加微量元素促进平菇菌丝的生长,并富集和转化微量元素。方法]采用固体平板和液体摇瓶培养的方法培养平菇,通过测定菌丝干重、胞内多糖、过氧化物酶活性和菌丝长势等研究Zn2+、Mn2+、Cu2+、Mo(VI)4种元素对平菇-126菌丝生长的影响。结果]Mo(VI)在试验所选的4种浓度范围内都促进菌丝的伸长,其他3种元素对菌丝的日伸长有不同程度的抑制作用;培养基中添加20 mg/L Zn2+能促进菌丝分枝生长,从而提高菌丝干重;4种微量元素的加入均提高胞外蛋白的含量,其提高幅度为Mn2+〉Cu2+〉Mo(VI)〉Zn2+;除Cu2+外,其他3种微量元素在低浓度能提高发酵液过氧化物酶活性;平菇胞内多糖含量的高低与菌丝干重的量之间存在正相关性。结论]低浓度微量元素能促进平菇菌丝的生长,高浓度则抑制平菇菌丝的生长。
