| 摘 要： | 分析了吉林省农村社区建设中存在的社区建设资金不足、居民的社区参与度差、社区基础设施建设落后、社区组织建设滞后和运行机制混乱等问题,提出了应当加强政府对社区建设经费的保障力度,加强对农村居民的素质教育,加快农村基础设施建设以及完善农村社区组织建设等对策
