| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨植物生长调节物质对络石嫩枝扦插生根的影响，为络石引种扩繁、完善植物生长调节物质使用技术提供基础数据。方法]采用速浸法研究了不同浓度的外源植物生长调节物质萘乙酸（NAA）、ABT生根粉对络石嫩枝扦插繁殖的影响。结果]选择适当浓度的外源植物生长调节物质能有效地提高络石嫩枝扦插生根率和生根质量，其中，用浓度200mg／kg的萘乙酸溶液速浸5min插穗，其生根率可迭58．82％。结论]初步认为，使用浓度为200mg／kg的萘乙酸溶液速浸（5min）插穗对络石嫩枝扦插生根效果较好。
