| 摘 要： | 通过测定不同采收期玉竹的折干率、水煎物及多糖含量，确定玉竹的最佳采收时间。结果表明：东北地区玉竹的适宜采收期为8月底至9月初，8月30日采收的3年生玉竹的折干率、水煎物和多糖含量分别为46．74％、62．45％和6．73％。

| Abstract: | Through determination on drying rate,water decoction and polysaccharide contents,the optimum harvesting time of Polygonatum odoratum was determined.The results showed that the optimum harvesting time of P.odoratum in northeast China was between the end of Augest and early of September.The drying rate,water decoction and polysaccharide contents of 3 years old P.odoratum which was harvested on Augest 30 were 46.74%,62.45% and 6.73% resp. |
