| 摘 要： | 目的]探索蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株对甜菜夜蛾二龄幼虫的致病性,为该菌株在农业害虫防治中的开发应用及后续研究奠定基础。方法]采用浸渍法,测定蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株不同孢子浓度对甜菜夜蛾2龄幼虫的致病性。结果]在4.5×10^5、4.5×10^6、4.5×10^7、4.5×10^8个/ml浓度下蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株对甜菜夜蛾2龄幼虫的LC50分别为1.367×10^7、3.245×10^6、3.202×10^5和7.803×10^4个/ml。结论]用蜡蚧轮枝菌MZ041024菌株对甜菜夜蛾有较强的致病性,因而对甜菜夜蛾有较好的防治效果。

| Abstract: | Objective]In order to offer foundation for further study and exploration of the strain against pests,the pathogenicity of virulence of Verticillium lecanii MZ041024 on Laphygma exigua Hubner was proved. Method]Under different spores concentration of Verticillium lecanii MZ041024,the pathogenicity of it against the second instars larvae of Laphygma exigua Hubner in dipping process. Result]The results showed,under the virulence of Verticillium lecanii Viegas MZ041024 concentrations 4.5×104,4.5×105,4.5×106,4.5×107,4.5×108 spores/ml,the second instars larvae of Laphygma exigua Hubner LC50 was respectively 1.367×107,3.245×106,3.202×105and 7.803×104 spores/ml.Conclusion]The control effect of Verticillium lecanii MZ041024 on the second instars larvae of Laphygma exigua Hubner adults was good. |
