摘    要:目的]探求硒元素与As-1菌丝的生长能力变化的关系,力求为食用菌种植业的高产提供理论依据。方法]采用不同营养成分、不同硒含量的培养基培养茶树菇(As-1)菌丝,研究不同类型培养基菌丝生长能力。结果]加富、加硒有利于As-1菌丝平板生长。无硒培养基中振荡、加富有利于As-1菌丝液体的生长。硒浓度为5μg/ml时的As-1菌丝生物量效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the relationship of selenium element and As-1 hypha growth ability to provide the theory basis for high yield of edible fungus production.Method] Hypha growth ability in different medium with various nutritional ingredient and different contents of selenium was investigated.Result] Enrichment and adding selemium were favourable to As-1 hypha growth in the medial plate.The oscillation cultivate without selemium medium,and enrichment were favourable to the growth of As-1 mycelium liquid.The optimum condition of As-1 mycelium biomass was that the concentration of selemium was 5 μg/ml.
