摘    要:目的]为大运河水质污染监测提供资料。方法]以清洁水体中3种抗药酶活力做对照,研究了京杭大运河徐州段4个水域不同污染程度的水质对水体中常见的软体动物耳萝卜螺(Radix auricularia)3种抗药酶活力的影响,观察其在4个不同污染程度的水域中的酶活力变化情况。结果]在30d的暴露中,与对照相比,谷胱甘肽-S转移酶(GST)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)活性被抑制,且酶活性随污染程度的加重,抑制程度加大,其结果与水化学监测结果一致。胆碱脂酶(CHE)活性变化则比较复杂,呈现低激活高抑制现象。结论]耳萝卜螺体内CHE、GST和GPx活性是指示污染的敏感指标。
