犬白内障囊外摘除术3例病例分析

目的]探讨非超声乳化小切口晶体摘除术的疗效。方法]对2004年1月~2006年7月收治3例3眼患糖尿病老龄犬的白内障囊外摘除术进行分析。结果]通过视力检查,手术后1月,均有不同程度的视力恢复。1例由于术前散瞳不够,取晶状体时导致虹膜损伤。1例由于术中未吸净残余皮质,导致手术后视力恢复较差。术后14 d内,2例出现角膜水肿,21 d后消失。结论]非超声乳化小切口晶体摘除术经济实惠、简便易学、易于掌握,可在动物医院推广。

Analysis of Three Canine Extracapsular Cataract Extraction

Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effects of small incision nonphacoemulsification and extracapsular cataract extraction.Method]Three eyes extracapsular cataract extraction in three old diabetes dogs from January 2004 to july 2006 were analyzed.Result] Small incision nonphacoemulsification and extracapsular cataract extraction leaded to visual rehabilitiation in some degree by visual activity test after one month.One case damaged the iris when the crystalline humor was taken,because mydriasis was not enough to operat in preoperative.One dog's visual power had been healed slightly in postop.because the leatheriness had not been completely inhausted in operation.Two dog appeared corneal bedewing in 14 days,and disappearance after 21 days.Conclusion] The small incision nonphacoemulsification and extracapsular cataract extraction was cheap,convenient and easy to learn and master,so it might be popularization in animal hospital.
