| 摘 要： | 以菜粉蝶 (PierisrapaeL .) 5龄幼虫为试虫 ,进行生物活性跟踪 ;采用浸提、萃取、层析等多种方法 ,从瑞香狼毒 (StellerachamaejasmeL .)根中分离出 3种活性成分单体 ,并通过物质结构的四大谱 (IR ,UV ,NMR ,MS)鉴定 ,它们分别为伞形花内酯、瑞香亭和狼毒色原酮

| Abstract: | Stellera chamaejasme from the root was separated with a lot of methods,such as dip,extraction,and chromatography,which bioassay agnist the fifth instar larvae of Pieris rapae,3 kinds of active ingredients were isolated. The molecular structure of the compounds were definitely identified to be 7-hydro-coumarin,daphnoritin,and chamaechromone respectively by the spectrum analysis including IR,UV, NMR,and MS. |
