| 摘 要： | 农产品的质量安全性问题一直都是老百姓日益关注的焦点话题。综述目前几类较为新颖的农产品质量安全检测技术,探索不同检测手段中可能存在的问题,总结各类技术方法在农产品质量安全检测中的良好应用前景。
