宁夏灌区春小麦光合生理参数日变化研究

摘    要:目的]研究宁夏灌区春小麦光合生理参数的日变化。方法]对宁夏引黄灌区主栽品种"宁春4号"进行4个不同灌水处理,研究春小麦孕穗期和灌浆初期光合生理因子的变化规律、相关性和产量变化。结果]结果表明,宁夏引黄灌区春小麦孕穗期和灌浆初期光合生理曲线呈2种双峰曲线。其中,田间CO2浓度、细胞间CO2浓度及叶室内外CO2浓度差日变化呈现出W型的曲线变化趋势,而叶室内外湿度差、光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等日变化表现出M型曲线变化趋势。在传统灌溉(CK)条件下,孕穗期的春小麦光合生理曲线变化幅度大,节水5%左右处理的春小麦光合生理曲线变化相对平稳。在春小麦灌浆初期,节水5%左右处理的田间CO2浓度、细胞间隙CO2浓度、叶室内外CO2浓度差曲线变幅要比CK大;叶室内外湿度差、光合速率、蒸腾速率曲线变幅与CK基本吻合;但是叶片气孔导度变化幅度小,气孔阻力较大。结论]全生育期灌水量为4 324 m3/hm2(节水5%处理)可实现节水高产、稳产的生产目标。

Study on Daily Variety of Physiology Parameters of Spring Wheat under Different Irrigation Quantity in Ningxia Irrigation Area
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the daily variety of physiology parameters of spring wheat under different irrigation quantity in Ningxia irrigation area.Method] 4 different water irrigation treatments for a major spring what cultivar of "Ningchun 4" was designed to study the change law and the relativity of the physical factors for photosynthesis and the yield change.Result] The results showed that the spring wheat physical trend variety curves of photosynthesis in booting and early milking stages in Yellow River Ningxia Irrigation Area had some differences,and their trends showed 2 different double pikes curves.The daily variety of the concentration of Carbon Dioxide in the field,the concentration of Carbon Dioxide among cells of wheat leaf and the concentration difference of Carbon Dioxide between leaf room and outside showed themselves trend curves by the "W" style.While the daily variety of the humidity between the field and cells of wheat leaves,the photosynthesis velocity,the evaporation velocity and the leaf stoma transmit degree of wheat showed themselves variety trend curves by the "M" style.Under traditional irrigation condition,photosynthesis physical curves of spring wheat in booting stage had larger changes.However,the curves of the treatment that round of 5% water-saving had more stable relatively than traditional irrigation.Moreover,it had larger changes for the daily variety of the concentration of Carbon Dioxide in the field,the concentration of Carbon Dioxide among cells of wheat leaf and the Concentration difference of Carbon Dioxide between leaf room and outside than CK in early milking stage.And the daily variety curves of the humidity between the field and cells of wheat leaves,the photosynthesis velocity and the evaporation velocity of wheat showed basic same trends.But curves of the leaf stoma transmit degree of wheat had a smaller change,and leaf stoma had lager resistance.Conclusion] The study suggested that the irrigation quantity with 4 324 m3/hm2(5%water-saving treatment) during the growth period could realize the aim of stable and high yield.
