川芎各器官的生长动态分析

摘    要:目的]探索川芎的生长发育动态。方法]以4种不同产地的川芎为材料,测定了川芎的农艺性状和不同器官的鲜重和干重。结果]川芎的株高、叶片鲜干重、叶片数呈双峰曲线变化。叶片数、叶片鲜重、株高分别在270、90、120d达到最大,4种川芎中这3项指标以徐渡川芎的最高,分别为72.11片/株、185.62g/株、48.79cm。根茎鲜干重及含水量、单株干物质重及含水量符合"S"型曲线变化;收获时,徐渡川芎茎干重最高,为15.61g/株,回澜川芎茎干重最低,为8.98g/株。徐渡川芎的含水量最低,为62.69%,徐渡川芎根茎鲜重最大,为174.75g/株,干重为72.83g/株。叶片数、分蘖数与根茎重显著相关。结论]徐渡川芎在生物学特性方面最好。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to explore the growth dynamic of Rhizoma chuanxiong.Method] With R.chuanxiong from 4 producing areas as the tested materials,the agricultural characters and the fresh and dry weight of different organs were measured.Result] The plant height,leaf fresh and dry weight and leaf number of R.chuanxiong changed as bimodal curve.Leaf number,leaf fresh weight and plant height reached the most on 270,90 and 120 d.R.chuanxiong from Xudu was all biggest on this 3 indexes(72.11 leaf/plant,185.62 g/plant and 48.79 cm resp.) among 4 kinds of R.chuanxiong,The fresh and dry weight and water content of root and stem and dry weight and water content per plant accorded to the change of "S" curve.The dry weight of stem of Xudu R.chuanxiong was most(15.61 g/ plant) and that of Huiluan was least(8.98 g/ plant).The water content of Xudu was least(62.69%).The fresh weight of root and stem was biggest(174.75 g/ plant) and the dry weight was 72.83 g/ plant.The number of leaf and tiller had a remarkable relation with the root and stem weight.Conclusion] Xudu R.Chuanxiong was best on biology characters.
