| 摘 要： | 利用浙江省1953~2007年气象资料和景宁县2003~2007年小水电灾害损失数据,分析浙江省气象灾害的特点及其对农村小水电业的影响。结果表明,影响农村小水电的主要气象灾害是台风、梅汛暴雨、雷暴和冰冻,其中台风灾害带来的损失最大。最后,就农村小水电气象灾害防御提出建议。 |

| Abstract: | Based on meteorological data in Zhejiang Province during 1953-2007 and the situation of the meteorological disasters in Jingning County during 2003-2007,the characteristics of meteorological disasters and the impacts on the small hydropower industry were analyzed.The results showed that the main meteorological disasters were tropical storm,flood caused by heavy rain,thunderstorm and frost damage.The tropical storm brought the damage mostly to small hydropower stations.At the end,suggestions of disaster prevention were given out. |
