南京市旧城改造中的土地利用对策探讨

首先对南京市旧城内土地利用的现状作了介绍,指出现阶段旧城内土地利用的难点问题,包括用地结构不合理、历史文化资源的保护和旧城内老居民区的改造3个方面,根据这些问题提出了旧城改造中土地利用的相关对策.提出在旧城的土地利用中,既要保护历史文化风貌片区,疏散旧城中心区的人口与产业;也要注重人居环境的整治,对城市空间进行合理的开发,加强绿地和公共设施的建设;同时,要树立经济观念,实现土地增值.合理处理旧城改造与城市发展中土地利用的问题,塑造具有南京地方特色的城市空间.

Countermeasures of Land Utilization in Old City Reconstruction of Nanjing

Current situation of land utilization in Nanjing was firstly introduced in this paper.Three main aspects were pointed out,which were the unreasonable structure of land use,the protection of historical and cultural resources and the redevelopment of old resident areas.According to these problems,five main countermeasures were put forward including the historical and cultural areas protection,reasonably design of city space,administration of resident environment enhancement,the spread of population and industries from the old city center,the improvement of green land and public utility construction.Meanwhile,land value increment should be realized under the guidance of relative economic concept.Issues involved in land utilization should be dealt with reasonably in the process of old city reconstruction in order to develop a city space of Nanjing characteristics.
