云烟87不同生育期组织水浸提液对种子萌发的影响

目的]为克服烟草连作障碍提供理论依据。方法]用正常栽培条件下不同生育期（成苗期、伸根期、旺长期、打顶后7d）的云烟87的根、茎、叶制备水浸提液,研究不同生育期不同组织浸提液对云烟87和NC297种子发芽的影响。结果]云烟87不同生育期根、茎、叶的水浸提液对云烟87和NC297种子发芽有相似的抑制作用。同一生育期,叶片水浸提液对种子发芽的抑制作用最强,根水浸提液的抑制作用最弱。随着生育期的延长,同一组织水浸液对种子发芽的抑制作用增强,打顶后7d时抑制作用最强,其次分别是旺长期,伸根期、成苗期。结论]云烟87不同组织水浸提液对种子萌发的抑制作用随着生育期的延长而增强,且叶片水浸提液的抑制作用大于茎和根水浸提液。
