攀枝花烟区烤烟年份间化学品质稳定性分析

目的]研究攀枝花烤烟年度间化学品质的变异情况,为攀枝花烟叶生产提供参考。方法]采用常规分析方法,对2006、2007及2008年攀枝花烟区烤烟主要化学成分进行了分析。结果]攀枝花烤烟的化学成分含量在年度间存在一定的变异,其中,总糖与还原糖含量呈现逐年增加的趋势,年度间差异明显;总植物碱与总氮含量呈现逐年下降的趋势,但基本在适宜的含量范围;钾的含量年度间基本保持稳定,但含量偏低。烟叶的糖碱比逐年增加,年度间差异明显。结论]尚需在烟叶生产中采取一定措施,进一步提高烟叶化学成分的协调性。

Inter-Annual Variation of Main Chemical Components of Flue-Cured Tobacco Leaves in Panzhihua Region

Objective]To analyze the inter-annual variation of main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves in Panzhihua region and to offer basic information for the cultivation and utilization of high-quality tobaccos.Method] The main chemical components of flue-cured tobacco leaves harvested in 2006,2007 and 2008 were determined by routine standard methods.Result] The contents of chemical components of flue-cured tobacco varied between years in Panzhihua.The contents of total sugar and reducing sugar were increased year by year,and the difference was obvious between years.The contents of total nitrogen and plant alkali in the leaves decreased year by year,but their contents were always within the appropriate range.Potassium content was low but remained stable between years.The ratio of reducing sugar to nicotine was high in the leaves and increased year by year,and the difference was obvious between years.Conclusion]In the cultivation of flue-cured tobacco in Panzhihua,various methods should be taken to balance the contents of main chemical components in tobacco leaves.
