农村地区水质腐蚀性调查及处理方法研究

摘    要:通过深入到各个水厂对各生产环节中的铁质设备和构件进行大量现场调查,对其腐蚀破坏形态类型进行了认真观测分析,并对其腐蚀产物进行了较为详细的理化分析。结果表明,饱和指数IL小于-0.6、稳定指数IR大于8以及含高浓度侵蚀性CO2的水都呈明显腐蚀性,可选择采用投加石灰、氢氧化钠、苏打或加氯等方法进行有效控制。

Investigation on Corrosiveness of Water Quality in Rural Areas and Study on Improvement Measures

Abstract:Through penetrating to each water plant to conduct the investigation on iron equipments and structure units in each production link at the scene,the damage forms of corrosiveness were observed and analyzed seriously,and physical and chemical analysis were carried out for corrosion products in detail.The results showed that Langelier's Saturation Index(IL) was less than-0.6 and Ryznar's Stability Index(IR) was greater than 8.0,the water was corrosive.The high concentration of corrosive carbon dioxide could also cause problems in distribution pipes.The corrosiveness of the water quality can be controlled by the lime,sodium hydroxide,soda or chlorination.
