摘    要:2011年4月和5月对赣抚平原灌区六干渠中浮游动物、浮游植物类群的结构组成、优势类群进行了调查,结果表明:赣抚平原灌区六干渠中的浮游动物有4类37种,种类最多的是轮虫类;浮游植物种类有6门21种,种类最多的为绿藻门、蓝藻门和硅藻门,分别鉴定出10种、5种和3种。5月的调查结果表明浮游植物细胞密度为506.39万个/L,绿藻门、蓝藻门和硅藻门共占浮游植物总细胞密度的95.88%,优势种类为小环藻和普通水绵。叶绿素a的含量为7.88μg/L,水质综合评价为中营养。

Investigation of Plankton and Eutrophication Assessment in Liu Trunk of Ganfu Plain Irrigation Area

Abstract:Community and dominant species of plankton were investigated in Liu trunk of Ganfu Plain Irrigation Area in April and May of 2011.The results showed that there were 37 species belonging to 4 phylum of zooplankton and 21 species belonging to 6 phylum of phytoplankton.Rotifers were dominant species for zooplankton.Chlorophyta,Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta were major phylum in the phytoplankton community,with 10 genera,5 genera and 3 genera,respectively.Results of investigation in May 2011 showed that the algal density was 5.06×106 cell/L.Cholorophyta,Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta accounted for up to 95.88% of total cell density;Spirogyra and Cyclotella were dominant species.The concentration of chlorophyll a was 7.88 μg/L,comprehensive evaluation of water quality was eutrophication.
