| 摘 要： | 建立了藁城市农村居民点集约利用评价指标体系,根据评价结果,按照利用的集约度由高到低将藁城市农村居民点分为A、B、C3类。针对不同类别居民点的特点,提出了3种农村宅基地集约利用模式,并为提高藁城市农村居民点集约利用能力提出了相应的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Evaluation index of intensive utilization model about the rural residential lands in Gaocheng City was established,according to evaluation results,rural residential lands in Gaocheng City were divided into three types: A,B and C types from high to low based on intensive utilization.For characteristics of different residential lands,three intensive use models of rural residential lands were put forward,moreover,the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures for improving intensive utilization capacity of rural residential lands in Gaocheng City were proposed. |
