摘 要: | 在生产实践中合理的旋耕机刀具排列可提高碎土能力与耕作质量,延长刀具的使用寿命,还可以降低功耗和震动。在实际应用中的旋耕刀的排列大多建立在经验的基础上,存在着一定的不足。基于发动机气缸点火顺序,研究各种旋耕机刀具排列方式,并提出了新的刀具排列方式。这种方式可以减小旋耕机的阻力功耗,提高旋耕机在实际使用过程中的工作平顺性与耕作效果。

Abstract: | In production practice,reasonable rotary-tiller blades can improve the ability of crashing earth and farming quality,lengthen the service life of blade,and reduce power consumption and vibration.In practical applications,most arrangements of the rotary-tiller blades are built on the basis of experience,thus,it has some deficiency.Based on the principle of the engine ignition order,the arrangement of the rotary-tiller blades was analyzed,and proposed a new arrangement pattern of the blade,this kind of pattern can reduce the power consumption of the rotary-tiller,and improve its stability and tillage effects during the process of practical application. |
