厚皮甜瓜耐冷材料的筛选

摘    要:目的]筛选耐冷性较强的厚皮甜瓜材料。方法]通过对10个厚皮甜瓜材料18℃时的种子活力,人工气候条件下的冷害指数,7℃时的电导百分率这3个耐冷指标及其隶属函数值进行比较,再结合早春大田低温栽培的抗冷指数,筛选出耐冷性较强的厚皮甜瓜材料。结果]厚皮甜瓜材料的耐冷性强弱依次为特大伊丽莎白(♂)、古拉马、p010。结论]筛选出3个耐冷材料可作为厚皮甜瓜抗寒育种材料。

Abstract:Objective] Cucumis melo of strong chilling tolerance were selected.Method]The seed vigor index at 18 ℃,chilling injury index of manual simulated climate and electric conductivity percentage at 7 ℃ were tested,recombined with cold resistance index of cultivation in early spring with low temperature,strong chilling tolerance melon were selected.Result]Three strong chilling tolerance melons were selected,the chilling tolerance was:super-large Eliasbeth(♂)>Cuba pull>p010.Conclusion]The three materials will be used as cold resistant breeding in melos.
