改性沸石净化微污染水中有机物的研究

摘    要:目的]探明改性沸石吸附微污染水中有机物的最佳改性条件。方法]研究在不同温度,不同浓度的无机酸、碱、盐以及盐的不同浸泡时间下制备的改性沸石对微污染水中有机物的去除效果。结果]最佳条件为:投加量2.5 g/L,浸泡时间8 h,焙烧温度300℃,改性酸度2.0 mol/L的HCl,改性碱度2.0 mol/L的NaOH,改性盐度1.0 mol/L的NaCl,NaCl浸泡时间为10-12 h。结论]NaOH浓度为2.0 mol/L为沸石的最佳改性条件,水样中高锰酸盐指数的去除率最高,为23.22%。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to discover the best modified condition of modified zeolite to adsorb organic matter in the micro-pollution water. Method] The removal efficiency of modified zeolite prepared at different temperatures, different concentrations of inorganic acid, alkali, salt, and salt under different soaking time on organic matter in micro-polluted water were studied. Result] The study showed that the optimum conditions were:dosage of 2.5 g/L, soaking time of 8 h, calcination temperature of 300 ℃, modified acid 2.0 mol/L of HCl, modified alkalinity 2.0 mol/L of NaOH, modified salinity 1.0 mol/L of NaCl, NaCl soaking time for 10-12 h.Conclusion]NaOH concentration of 2.0 mol/L was the best modified condition,the permanganate index removal rate was the hightest with 23.22%.
