| 摘 要： | 提取黑暗中培养的玉米黄化苗线粒体ＤＮＡ（ｍｔＤＮＡ），通过琼脂糖凝胶电泳，发现不育胞质线粒体ＤＮＡ组成与不育胞质Ｓ群有显著差异，与Ｔ群差异较小，与Ｃ群相似。电镜观察ＹⅡ－１型不育胞质线粒体ＤＮＡ时，出现包括线性和环状的ＤＮＡ分子。

| Abstract: | Maize mitochondrial DNA was prepared from a set of isonuclear alloplasmic lines with same nuclear backgrounds(150) but dir ferent sources of cytoplsam.The results by agrose gel electrophresis and electron microscope showed that the new-type YⅡ-1 male-sterile lines are of male-sterile types different from S and T group.It's similar to C group.Some moleculars of circular and linear DNA are observed by electron microscope. |
