益生菌·黄芪多糖微胶囊制剂对肉仔鸡生长性能·免疫器官指数及血液生化指标的影响

摘    要:选用1日龄健康艾维茵肉仔鸡288只,随机分为6个处理,每个处理4次重复,每个重复12只鸡,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加益生菌Ⅰ、益生菌Ⅱ、黄芪多糖、合生元和微胶囊制剂.观察其对肉仔鸡生产性能、免疫器官指数和血液生化指标的影响.结果表明,日粮中添加益生菌、黄芪多糖、合生元和微胶囊制剂均能显著提高肉仔鸡的增重(P<0.05),降低其料肉比(P<0.05);未发现微胶囊组与其他试验组增重有显著差异,但微胶囊组料肉比与其他试验组相比在0.05水平上差异显著.试验期间,各组鸡生长发育正常,未见器官异常,试验组免疫器官指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05),28 d微胶囊组免疫器官指数均高于其他试验组(P<0.05).试验组血清总蛋白和α-淀粉酶含量较对照组升高(P<0.05),其中微胶囊组血清总蛋白含量较对照组在0.01水平上显著升高;试验组血糖含量均较对照组降低(P<0.05).

Abstract:288 Aiweiyin chicks were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates(12 chicks per replicate).The basic diet of the 6 groups was the same and treatments were as follows: A without APS and PM,B with PMⅠ,C with PMⅡ,D with PM and APS,E with APS and F with Microcapsule.The effect of Microcapsule of Profitable Microbe and Astragalus Polysaccharide on Growth Performance, Immune organ index and Blood biochemical index of Chicks were observed.The results showed that:All of APS,PM,the compounds and Microcapsule could significantly increase Average Growth Performance(P<0.05),lower the feed/growth decrease significantly(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of growth Performance between Microcapsule and other experiments,but the feed/growth was significantly lower than other experiments.In experimental stage,all chicks growth and development were normal without organ abnormally.Compared to the control group,immune organ index of trial groups were higher(P<0.05).In the 28~(th),Microcapsule group was significant higher than other groups(P<0.05).Blood biochemical index indicated that trial groups of serum total protein and amylase conent were higher than control group(P<0.05),but serum glucose is lower than control group(P<0.05).Microcapsule group of serum total protein was significant higher than control group(P<0.01).
