摘    要:利用反相高效液相色谱-荧光法分析测定土壤、甘蓝中甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐的残留量。甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐在10~500 ng/ml(r=0.999 6)范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率甘蓝为95.61%,变异系数为0.4%;土壤中为81.4%,变异系数为4.9%。该法操作简便、快速,回收率较高。

Abstract:The high performance liquid chromatographic method with fluorescence detection was used for the determination of emamectin benzoate in cabbage and soil.Good linearity of emamectin benzoate was obtained over the ranges of 10~500 ng/ml(r=0.999 6).The average recovery rate of emamectin benzoate was 95.61%(RSD 0.4%) in cabbage and 81.4%(RSD 4.9%) in soil.This method was simple,quick and the recovery rate was better.
