| 摘 要： | 目的]对2种猪肝基因组DNA提取方法，进行比较研究。方法]分别采用试剂盒法和常规的氯仿／异戊醇抽提法，提取新鲜猪肝基因组DNA，并对其进行综合分析。结果]试剂盒方法得到的DNA浓度较低，其OD260nm／OD280nm比值达到2.05，虽然蛋白质除的较干净，但是含RNA较高；而氯仿／异戊醇抽提法得到的DNA浓度高，其OD260nm／OD280nm比值1.88，纯度较高，且成本低。结论]氯仿／异戊醇法对猪肝基因组DNA提取效果优于试剂盒法。
