摘    要:目的]采用荧光分光光度法测定香椿叶中总黄酮含量。方法]根据黄酮类化合物的荧光性质,以芦丁为标样,在激发波长λex=436nm、发射波长λem=505nm条件下,考察了溶剂、pH值、表面活性剂及放置时间对荧光强度的影响。结果]在浓度95%乙醇中加入pH值7的缓冲液,芦丁的荧光强度最大。该方法检测限为2.62×10-7mol/L,线性范围在1.16×10-7~4.86×10-5mol/L之间,其线性回归方程为y=1.352x+12.712,相关系数r=0.9976,相对标准偏差1.07%。结论]用荧光分光光度法测定香椿叶中总黄酮含量的准确度和精密度都较高,且操作简便,成本低。
