| 摘 要： | 农民工培训的不足已成为我国农村劳动力转移的“瓶颈”。分析了农民工转移培训的障碍因子,并指出要突破这些障碍就必须从营造农民工转移的良好社会环境入手,增加政府与企业对培训的投入,有效整合教育培训资源,切实注重培训实效,形成以就业带动培训的良性循环的局面。

| Abstract: | Today the lack of train for migrant workers has become the bottleneck after they move from country to city.In this article the barrier factors were analyzed.And the good social circumstance should be created and the governmental investment should be increased in order to make a breakthrough in the field. |
