| 摘 要： | 以平菇09和白金针菇为代表接种在不同浓度的金银花藤提取液培养基上,研究了培养基对食用菌母种菌丝生长的影响,从中筛选出最适合的金银花藤提取液培养基.结果表明,高浓度金银花藤浸出液能代替土豆作为母种培养基的配料;金银花藤浸出液浓度与菌株的长速和长势有一定的相关性;500 ml培养基中加入150 g金银花藤的提取液从长速和长势来看对平菇09菌株菌丝的生长最为适宜.

| Abstract: | Oyster mushroom and Acupunctue needle were inoculated into media with different concentration of honeysuckle extraction liquid and the effect of media on growth of edible fungi motherculture hypha was studied in order to choose out of the most suitable medium with Honeysuckle rattan extraction liquid.Results showed that Honeysuckle rattan extraction liquid with high concentration could replace potato as combined material for motherculture.The concentration of Honeysuckle extraction liquid had some correlation to growing speed and development of strains.Adding 150 g honeysuckle extraction liquid into 500 ml media was most suitable for the hypha growing of the oyster mushroom. |
