摘    要:目的]筛选对螺旋粉虱卵具有良好杀卵活性的药剂。方法]将5种供试农药配制成不同稀释倍数的药液,对螺旋粉虱卵进行室内药效试验。结果]4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC对螺旋粉虱卵的防治效果最好,最高防效达61.84%,最低防效为39.48%,但对初孵幼虫的防效不理想。20%高效氟氯氰·辛EC对螺旋粉虱卵的防效仅次于4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC,且对初孵幼虫的防效较好,2000倍液时出现卵孵化,防效为100%。2.5%功夫SE、40%毒死蜱EC和20%吡虫啉SL对初孵幼虫均有较好的防治效果。结论]菊酯类农药2.5%功夫SE、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC和20%高效氟氯氰·辛EC对螺旋粉虱卵的防治效果较好,但4.5%高效氯氰菊酯EC对初孵幼虫的防治效果较差。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to screen out the medicament with good ovicidal activity to Aleurodicus disperses ovum.Method] Five kinds of tested pesticides were prepared into medical solutions with different dilution multiple to make an indoor efficacy experiment on A.disperses ovum.Result] The control effect of 4.5% high efficient cypermethrin EC on A.disperses ovum was best,its highest and lowest efficacy reached 61.84% and 39.48% resp.But its efficacy to newly hatched larvae was not ideal.The efficacy of 20% efficient cyfluthrin·Xin EC to A.disperses ovum was next to that of 4.5% efficient cyhalothrine EC and it had better efficacy to newly hatched larvae.The hatching of ovum occurred when 20% efficient cyfluthrin·Xin EC was diluted at 2 000 time and its efficacy was 100%.2.5% Gongfu SE,40% chlorpyrifos EC and 20% imidacloprid SL had better efficacy to newly hatched larvae.Conclusion] Pyrethroid pesticides 2.5% Gongfu SE,4.5% efficient cyhalothrine EC and 20% cyfluthrin·Xin EC had better control effects on A.disperses ovum,while that of 4.5% efficient cyhalothrine EC on newly hatched larvae was worse.
