Brief Analysis of the Existence and Development of Private Finance

The difference from official finance that referred to those financial activities was approved and set up by People's Bank of China and supervised by CBRC.The private/public financing is the fund raising and floating activities outside of the formal officially financial system,widely exiting in the urban and rural private economy.Private/public financing comprises of all the financing activities among individual economy and urban & rural citizens,urban & rural citizens and collective economy and within private economies.It would be well worth researching on its existing mode,objectivity and necessity as well as how to guide it towards healthy development.
