| 摘 要： | 目的]确定选出的南方几种止泻草药配方对猪腹泻的治疗剂量。方法]经实验室治疗剂量的初步推算,各选取3个剂量,以氟哌酸和黄连素作为对照,对仔猪进行治疗剂量的临床筛选试验。结果]多叶勾儿茶+天青地白6%、地榆2%、拳参9%最优,与对照(氟哌酸)无显著差异(P>0.05),但显著优于对照(黄连素)(P<0.05)。初始重与治愈率的相关性不显著(P=0.578>0.05)。结论]多叶勾儿茶+天青地白的治疗剂量为6%,地榆的治疗剂量为2%,拳参的治疗剂量为9%。

| Abstract: | Objective] To determine therapeutic dose of the southern several antidiarrheal herbal formulas selected to swine diarrhea.Method] Calculated therapeutic dose in laboratory,selected three doses for each formula,controls were norfloxacin and berberine.Result] Therapeutic dose of piglets clinical screening test is： Berchemia polyphylla wall ex Laws ＋ Potentilla chinensis Ser 6%,Sanguisorba officinalis L.2% and Polygonum bistorta L.9% are better,there are no difference with the control（norfloxacin）（P0.05）,but are significantly superior to control（berberine）（P0.05）.Initial weight and the cure rate was not significant（P=0.5780.05）.Conclusion] Therapeutic dose of Berchemia polyphylla wall ex Laws ＋ Potentilla chinensis Ser is 6%,the therapeutic dose of Sanguisorba officinalis L.is 2%,therapeutic dose of Polygonum bistorta L.is 9%. |
