| Abstract: | Agricus bisporus is not only rich in nutrition and delicious in taste,but also has a function of very high medical health care.In this paper,the biology characteristic,exploitation and utilization value of Agricus bisporus,as well as the present situation of genetic and breeding at home and abroad were all elaborated.Combined with the introduction situation,development prospect of Agricus bisporus in Hunan was analyzed. |
