| 摘 要： | ［目的］研究甲壳素、壳聚糖的制备方法。［方法］以3种干制的蚂蚁为原料，采用EDTA法和盐酸法制备了甲壳素和壳聚糖,采用红外光谱法和化学分析的方法对3种试样进行测定。［结果］蚂蚁是一种优良的制备壳聚糖的原料，尤其是黑蚂蚁可制得相对分子质量较高的壳聚糖。［结论］采用蚂蚁制备甲壳素、壳聚糖的工艺是合理的。

| Abstract: | Objective]The preparation method of chitin and chitosan was studied.Method]Chitin and chitosan had been prepared by the methods of EDTA and HCl with three kinds of ants as raw materials.The structure and the properties of chitin and chitosan were studied by IR spectrometer and chemical analysis.Result]The ants were excellent raw materials for the production of chitin and chitosan,especially black ants wich could be used to produce chitin and chitosan with high relative molecular mass.Conclusion]The prep... |
