| 摘 要： | 通过种子发芽试验和盆栽试验研究了不同土壤水分条件下保水剂对高羊茅出苗及生长发育的影响.结果表明,经保水剂处理后,草种发芽率平均提高2.04%,幼苗生长增快,单株鲜重增加.干旱条件下适当浓度的保水剂对高羊茅草种出苗及生长发育有一定促进作用,高羊茅草地上部分鲜重和干物质积累增加.反复干旱胁迫下,保水剂显示较强的抗旱作用,可延长草初期枯萎间隔时间,减少生育期内的浇水量.

| Abstract: | The pot experiment under the condition of different soil water contents indicated that the sprouting percentage of the grass seeds treated with water-retaining agent increased by 2.04%.The seedlings grew quickly.The fresh weight of plant also increased.Under the condition of soil drought,water-retaining agent promoted the emergence and growth of tall fescue.Both fresh weight and dry matter accumulation of tall fescue above the ground increased.Under the condition of repeating drought stress,the water-retaining agent played a significant effect on drought resistance,thus prolonging the intermission time of grass wilt in early initial stage and decreasing the watering quantity during growing and developing stages. |
