沙塘鳢室内繁殖研究

目的]探索沙塘鳢繁育技术,为规模化养殖提供基础。方法]采用了人工繁殖和自然繁殖两种方法对沙塘鳢天然捕捞成熟个体进行室内繁殖研究。人工繁殖分别用催产剂HCG、催产合剂LRH-A2＋DOM催产亲本;自然繁殖选择性腺成熟雌雄鱼按1.0∶1.2比例放入塑料箱中交配产卵,定期收集卵粒、统计产卵雌鱼数。结果]注射HCG人工催产沙塘鳢雌鱼易发生流产现象,获得的受精卵在卵巢中分散粘附,孵化第2天卵粒开始发白、脱落,未孵化出鱼苗;催产合剂LRH-A2＋DOM催产亲本未获得受精卵。自然繁殖组中沙塘鳢自然产卵率70%,受精卵在鱼巢上粘附规则,经孵化获得鱼苗,孵化率50%。结论]沙塘鳢宜采取自然繁殖方式进行繁殖。

Studies on the Odontobutis obscura Propagation inside Room

Objective] The technical basis of the Odontobrtis obscura-raising at large scale was explored through the research on its propagation technology.Method] The odontobrtis obscura naturally captured was multiplied with the artificial and natural method.In artificial propagation method,the fishes were injected with HCG and the mixture of DOM and LRH-A2 and in natural propagation method,the maturity fishes with the ration of female to male of 1∶2 were put in one raising box and the eggs were periodically collected and the number of the female fish laying egg was counted.Results] The abortion was easily occurred in the fishes injected by HCG and the fertilized eggs in ovary were separately adhered,and the egg started to be whiting and to be dropped in the second day,so,no fish fry could be born.No fertilized egg could be laid in the fishes injected with the mixture of DOM and LRH-A2.The average rate of its fertilized egg-laying was 70% in the natural propagation treatment.The fertilized eggs in ovary were normal and the mean hatching rate of its fry was 50%.Conclusion] The natural propagation method was better for the odontobrtis obscura to be multiplied.
