| 摘 要： | 介绍了海南省农民专业合作社的现状,指出其存在合作规模小、经营效益不高、组织功能较差等问题;提出相应的对策建议:规模化发展农民专业合作社,利用规模效应提高经营效益,发挥规模化合作社组织功能作用,实现耕地规模化经营;把分散的农户组织起来和小规模合作社合并为规模化合作社,以有效地提高竞争力。

| Abstract: | The status and existing problems of farmers' professional cooperatives in Hainan were introduced,such as small-scale,low operational efficiency,poor organizational functions.Several corresponding countermeasures were put forward,including improving operational benefits based on large-sale cooperatives,organizing dispersed farmers to improve competitiveness. |
