超声波辅助提取柿叶黄酮类化合物的工艺方法研究

摘    要:目的]研究超声波浸取柿叶黄酮类化合物的工艺方法及参数。方法]采用超声波辅助,分别以碱水和乙醇作为溶剂提取柿叶中黄酮类化合物,优化超声波碱水提法、超声波乙醇提取法的工艺条件。结果]用超声波碱水提法提取柿叶黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件为提取时间40 min,温度40℃,料液比1:30 g/ml,浸泡时间为6 h,所得黄酮物质含量为5.28%;用超声波乙醇提取法提取柿叶黄酮类化合物的最佳工艺条件为料液比1:10 g/ml,超声波功率200 W,提取时间30 min,得到总黄酮物质含量为6.19%。结论]超声波碱水提法提取柿叶黄酮类化合物经济适用,适合于生产化;超声波乙醇提取法所得黄酮类化合物提取量较高,比超声波碱水提法高出约0.8%。

Ultrasonic Extraction of Flavonoids from Persimmon Leaves Technology Research

Abstract:Objective] To study the technique and parameters for ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids from persimmon leaves.Method] Using ultrasonic assisted method,with alkali and ethanol as solvents,ultrasonic water extraction,ultrasonic ethanol extraction technological condition was optimized.Results] The optimum technique conditions by ultrasonic alkali water extraction method were: time 40 min,temperature 40 ℃,solid-liquid ratio 1∶30 g/ml,soaking time 6 h,the content of flavones was 5.28%;optimum conditions by ultrasonic ethanol extraction were: solid-liquid ratio 1∶10 g/ml,ultrasonic power 200 W,extraction time 30 min.The obtained total flavone content was 6.19%.Conclusion] Ultrasonic water extraction method is economical and practical,which is suitable for production;ultrasonic solvent extraction method could obtain high content of flavonoids,more than 0.8% than ultrasonic water extraction method.
