金银花尺蠖幼虫粪便乙醇提取物抑菌活性研究

摘    要:以4种细菌(大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、巨大芽孢杆菌)和2种真菌(根霉菌、黄曲霉)为供试菌种,采用滤纸片法测定了金银花尺蠖幼虫粪便乙醇提取物的抑菌活性。结果表明,金银花尺蠖幼虫粪便乙醇提取物对4种供试细菌均有一定的抑菌活性,其抑菌活性大小顺序为金黄色葡萄球菌>大肠杆菌>巨大芽孢杆菌>枯草芽孢杆菌,且抑菌活性随着粪便乙醇提取物浓度的增大而增强。在0.500 g/ml浓度下,粪便乙醇提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌活性显著低于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和巨大芽孢杆菌,而后三者之间差异不显著,在其他浓度下粪便乙醇提取物对4种供试细菌的抑菌活性差异均不显著。粪便乙醇提取物对根霉菌和黄曲霉2种真菌无抑菌活性。

Antibacterial Activity Studies on Alcohol Extracts from Larva Feces of Honeysuckle Geometrid,Heterolocha jinyinhuaphaga Chu.

Abstract:The antibacterial activities of alcohol extracts from larva feces of honeysuckle geometrid were determined by filter paper method with 4 species of bacteria(Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus magaterium) and 2 species of fungi(Rhizopus stolonifer and Aspergillus flavus) as tested bacteria.The results showed that alcohol extracts from larva feces of honeysuckle geometrid had a certain antibacterial activities to the 4 tested bacteria,the antibacterial activity sequence was Staphylococcus aureus> Escherichia coli> Bacillus magaterium> Bacillus subtilis,and it would add with dosages increased of feces extracts.At dosage of 0.500 g/ml,the antibacterial activity of feces extract to Bacillus subtilis was significantly lower than that to Staphylococcus aureus,Escherchia coli and Bacillus magaterium,but there was not significant difference between later three bacteria.But there was no significant difference between the antibacterial activities to the 4 bacteria at other dosages.The alcohol extracts from larva feces of honeysuckle geometrid had no antibacterial activity to Rhizopus stolonifer and Aspergillus flavus.
